Yes, this saying belongs to Albert EINSTEIN, the famous theoretical physicist of Jewish origin, who is considered one of the smartest people in the world.

In our Income Tax legislation, “It is the type of tax collected on the incomes of real persons, that is, persons who are not institutionalized and have full license. Income is the net amount of earnings and revenues earned by a natural person in a calendar year.” is defined as.

Well, if the net amount of the earnings and revenues earned by the real person within a year constitutes the base of the income tax and this income does not increase gradually, why does the tax brackets corresponding to this income increase continuously and therefore it is penalized. I guess that's exactly what EINSTEIN doesn't understand either, “The Tax of Doing Something Wrong is Punishment, The Penalty of Doing Right is Tax”.

In fact, although the letter and spirit of all laws are always designed to be constructed in favor of the society, unfortunately, the tax system in our country gains functionality on penalizing those who do the right thing.

This has reduced people's trust in the tax system and tax payment rates in our country have fallen incredibly. Despite all these restructuring and postponements, taxpayers are having difficulty paying their taxes.

Cep telefonundan, kullandığınız elektriğe, doğalgazdan, yaptığınız tatile, sıfır aracınızdan, kira gelirinize kadar baktığınız her yerde dolaylı veya dolaysız vergiler sizi karşılıyor diğer OECD ülkelerinde dolaylı vergilerin gelire oranı %38’ler de iken, bu oran ülkemizde maalesef  %70’ lere ulaşmaktadır.

As such, our citizens go unregistered as much as possible, and in a country that can live in prosperity, tax evaders are punished by those who do the RIGHT.

A healthy tax system will create a healthy and prosperous society, I hope the economy management in our country can be low enough to understand its people and entrepreneurs, because "Those who do not know how to get smaller as they get older are doomed to be alone".
