Let's Not Be Late for Incentives

On 4.05.2020, it was announced by TÜBİTAK that within the scope of the call for order-based R&D, joint projects based on customer-supplier cooperation will be supported in order to direct the R&D studies carried out by SMEs to subjects with a high probability of commercialization and to reinforce the cooperation between our country's industrial establishments. Within the scope of this call;
*There are no subject or sector restrictions. R&D projects with high commercialization potential from all sectors and technological fields will be supported.
* Within the scope of the call, R&D studies will be carried out by the supplier organization, and it will be followed by the customer organization that the project is carried out as targeted.
Within the scope of the announced call, it was stated that the call budget was 30.000.000 TL and the upper limit of the project budget was 2.500.000 TL.
Desteklenecek olan projeler için müşteri kuruluş, dönem raporunda beyan edilen giderin %40’ını tedarikçi kuruluşa öder, TÜBİTAK ise beyan edilen giderlerin değerlendirilmesi sonucu kabul edilen harcama tutarının %40’ını tedarikçi kuruluşa öder.
Çağrı kapsamında tüm destekler tedarikçi kuruluşa sağlanacak olup proje bütçesinin %40 müşteri kuruluş, %40 TÜBİTAK ve %20 tedarikçi kuruluş olarak ayrılması hedeflenmektedir.Çağrı kapsamında desteklenecek olan projeler için ürün/süreç geliştirme süresi en fazla 24 ay olarak belirlenmiş olup, ticarileşme süresi için sabit 24 ay olarak belirlenmiştir.
No prepayment will be made within the scope of the project, and support payments to be made by TUBITAK will be made only during the product/process development period.
The project expenses to be supported within the scope of the call, including the product/process development stage of the supplier organization, are as follows.
*Personnel expenses,
*Travel expenses,
*Consulting expenses,
* Service procurement expenses,
*Tools, equipment, software, publication purchase expenses,
*Material and consumable expenses On the other hand, the project expenses that will not be supported are as follows:
*Consultancy and service expenses received by the project partners from each other,
*Consultancy and service expenses received from organizations within the scope of related parties for the customer or supplier organization,
*Overheads,
*Expenses of the customer organization,
*Expenses related to commercialization stage.
The applications to be made to the call in question are single-stage and no preliminary project application is made. The application calendar for the applications to be made to the call is as follows:

Receiving Applications via PRODİS 15 June 2020 – 31 August 2020, 17:00
Completion of Missing Documents Detected in the Application Within 14 calendar days from the date of request, it is expected that the supplier organization will be SME scale and the customer organization will be SME or large scale organization among the organizations that will make the application.
