Those with GSS premium debt will be able to receive health services from state and university hospitals until the end of 2020.

Within the scope of the law numbered 4376 in today's issue of the Official Gazette, an amendment was made in the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 2002/3654, which regulates the exemption provisions for discounted or free use of public services.

With the President's decision amending the Council of Ministers' decision, the health care services to be received in state and university hospitals by Turkish citizens, who are within the scope of GSS but cannot benefit from health services due to their premium debts, were exempted from the relevant provision of the savings law. Accordingly, those with GSS premium debt will be able to receive health services from state and university hospitals until the end of 2020.
