In the statement made on the site, “The value of the property is 5 million TL within the scope of the 43rd article added to the Real Estate Tax Law No. 1319. The examination and evaluation processes of the objections made by the relevant persons regarding the works carried out by our institution regarding the residential properties subject to the "Valuable Housing Tax" and above, have been completed by the commissions established within our institution, and the results have been notified to the relevant parties as of 04/02/2020. It is announced to the public with respect.” 

Valuable housing tax deadline will expire on February 20, 2020, and the first payment will begin in February. Legislation to be made for the postponement or reorganization of the valuable housing tax and the implementation of some exemptions has not yet come to the parliament.
